Phil Johnston is a wildlife tracker, outdoor educator, and field biologist. He strives to portray animals through photography in a way that enables people to relate to the profound, ancient and under-appreciated beauty of their truly wild lives. He is certified in Track and Sign interpretation by the Cybertracker Conservation, and has worked for California Department of Fish and Game studying mountain lions in Mendocino County.
